#100DaysOfBulletJournalIdeas: 55 - What Are Some Things That Make You Smile?

Welcome to Day 55 of my #100DaysofBulletJournalIdeas Project!

Idea 55: Smile Log

Smile Log

I find that when I'm feeling sad or going through a tough time, I tend to withdraw and take some time to myself. Journaling helps to get out what's on my mind and figure out solutions or simply work through thoughts. Another thing that helps is making a list. But sometimes making a list of things to do isn't quite what I need, so instead, I like to take a moment to reflect on some of the things that bring a smile to my face. It can be quite the therapeutic process.

A Smile Log can help you gain some perspective when you're feeling down

The meta-ness of drawing a scroll on paper is something I totally love, so here we are. I think I also actually made this list one time Tucker was playing with his tennis ball and it made me smile, and I believe I was also struggling a bit at the time, so I made this list. Thinking about all the things that made me smile, while smiling was also meta.

What are things that make you smile?
