Habit trackers are a great way to help you form habits and to track the things you want to do regularly.

Keeping it to a few is key to habit formation.

I developed this square tracker because I wanted a more fun and visual way to keep track of different things.

Over time, you'll build more and more habits, but trying to develop too many at once will probably burn you out or discourage you, that's why I made this to track only a few items at once.

I named it the Intention Square because you're being intentional about improving your life through tracking the things you want to do on a regular basis. It adds that deeper meaning that I believe will help you keep up with what you intend to do.

It measures 5.25 x 5.25 inches making it the perfect size to fit into your A5 notebook. If you'd like a smaller or bigger size, simply resize with your printer settings :)

I've included a single printable with enough space for 31 days. You can omit spaces depending on the date. The reason I only made one printable of this design is because it looks best with 31 slots. The printable will be available to download shortly after you purchase.

Simply cut and add it to your planner or journal to help keep you motivated as you fill it in :)

I carefully hand-drew this design, scanned, digitized, and perfected it over the course of a few days. It took hours upon hours to get it just right. It was truly a labor of love and I sincerely hope that you enjoy it! :)
