Idea 24: The Wholesome Log

The Wholesome Log

Today is a very special day, it is my sweetie's birthday, so I wanted to share a recent collection that tickled my heart with happiness: The Wholesome Log.

Add a Wholesome Log to Brighten Your Day with your Bullet Journal

I realize it's Thursday, not Wednesday (and possibly even Friday for those of you in the future).

I've been loving filling my life with the things I find wholesome lately, such as enjoying a sweet new weekly tradition of enjoying Chicken Pot Pie at one of our favorite little restaurants in town, watching This Is Us, writing letters, enjoying a laugh with a friend, and more.

The kinds of things you may or may not notice as the things that tickle your heart and fill it warmth and joy in your daily life.

Making a Wholesome Log fills you with a special kind of joy, similar to a Gratitude Log, but with a wholesome slant. I've been focusing on taking better care of myself and my heart lately and I realized that one of the things I rather enjoy is the feeling of wholesomeness and I wanted to share that slice of joy with you :)

What would you write on your Wholesome Log?

P.S. If you're new to the Bullet Journal®, I recommend checking out BulletJournal.com, it was invented by Ryder Carroll - he's an awesome human that walks you through how to set up your own Bullet Journal with his handy tutorial video that you can check out here!
